200 years ago the normal way to learn anatomy was to go grave robbing in order to acquire cadavers that were then dissected, however, times, and the tools used to learn anatomy, have vastly changed and such practices are frowned upon today. The anatomy & physiology faculty is pleased to offer a rare opportunity to observe (& if experiment with) some of the modern tools available to students to assist them in learning about the human body. Tools being demonstrated will include a skeleton, various models of organs of the body & models of the limbs, and a virtual cadaver that can be manipulated to demonstrate most of the structures of the body & it can even be dissected to observe the layers within the human body. This activity is open to everyone
